Tucked away among the verdant slopes of Silhouette mountains is a restored plantation home, Grann Kaz, which houses a café that serves traditional Creole cuisine.  Once an old Seychellois plantation house, Grann Kaz exudes an atmosphere that best captures the spirit and heritage of Seychelles.  Portobello features fine dining Italian-style with a well-stocked wine cellar.  Enjoy air-conditioned indoor seating with an outdoor terrace for dining under the stars (open for dinner four nights a week).  Or visit La Pizzeria for a gourmet pizza, crêpes and light snacks served by the pool.  Exquisite buffets, world cuisine and Creole specialities at Café Dauban, situated overlooking the pool and features views of Silhouette mountains on one side and the ocean on the other.  Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the café is an ideal venue for a morning cup of coffee or casual light dining with views of the Indian Ocean.  Absolute bliss!
