Le Cardinal is the hotel’s main restaurant and features an open-air dining room with magnificent sea views.  Themed buffets are complemented by an excellent wine selection in an elegant yet relaxed environment.  You can experience à la carte fine dining at Le Bourgeois whilst enjoying a unique panoramic view of Beau Vallon Bay.  This restaurant is located on the sunset bay-side of the hotel along a wooden deck promenade.

For pre-dinner drinks or late night cocktails (and complimentary afternoon tea/coffee and cakes) enjoy the relaxing setting of the Sunset Bar, which opens onto a wooden deck and pavilion.  Le Cocoloba Bar allows you to chill out to cool music and great sea views.
